I would like to share my sincere appreciation for Mr. Dobrin, the Reception Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Woking. I was running a promotion in one of the meeting rooms, and from start to finish, Mr. Dobrin was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming to all of my customers as they arrived. He greeted everyone with warmth and courtesy, creating a fantastic first impression for my event. What truly stood out was his kindness and attention to detail. He even offered complimentary cookies for the children, which was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated by the families attending. Several of my customers personally commented on how polite and gentlemanly he was. His professionalism and positive attitude made a real difference to the success of my conference. Thank you, Mr. Dobrin, for your exceptional service and for representing the hotel so brilliantly.

We have stayed before and returned again under the same circumstances as part of a Thorpe Park package. Great service, decent sized comfortable and clean rooms with modern furnishings. A hot buffet breakfast was also included in the rate which was decent. The hotel also has access to limited parking which was complimentary.

A very well presented, clean, modern hotel. Perfect for a short break or business stay. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is buffet style, with everything you would expect. I would definitely return.

DoubleTree by Hilton Woking became our unexpected destination after our original hotel booking was cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival. Arriving tired and stressed after a long trip, we were immediately relieved by the outstanding service at reception. The staff’s thoughtful approach and genuine concern for our situation were evident from the start, they provided reassurance, answered all our questions, and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their welcoming attitude and attention to detail helped us recover from what had been a difficult travel day. Instead of dwelling on the inconvenience, we were able to genuinely relax and enjoy our time at the hotel. Clean rooms, friendly team members, and a supportive atmosphere turned a potentially disappointing experience into one we truly appreciated. I like the hotel and the people working here are really friendly! I also liked the cookie its just a nice extra they offer! The room was nice but the shower was a bit off. And the bed was a bit hard but sleepable and fine! The location of this hotel is just perfect with a 5 min walk to the train station to take a train straigt to london! There are also quite a few restaurants around! Would recommend this hotel!

The room was nice, bed was lovely, shower good but the room was way too warm. Asked about it, but the heating couldn't be turned off. Breakfast was all good, enough choice. Location great.

This is a business hotel for aircrew or as per needed basis. It is well located with a small mall nearby and all the relevant necessities required in the residential hub of Woking. The hotel staff are friendly and the hotel is pretty well maintained. Only 1 lift was working at this time so very inconvenient during rush hours. The rooms are small but well maintained with small closets suited for solo travellers. Breakfast is decent with a good spread of food and the staff are very helpful. You can order eggs from the kitchen and the coffee machine is above average.

We ended up at DoubleTree by Hilton Woking unexpectedly after our original booking at another hotel was cancelled. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team showed true professionalism and kindness. They understood our difficult situation and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Their warm attitude and excellent service completely turned around what had started as a very stressful experience. Thanks to their care, our stay became enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for international visitors, because the staff here truly know how to treat guests with respect and hospitality.
